At Indigo Marketing Agency, we’re proud of our team. Each member is a superstar in their own way, from our Content Coordinator, Lori (a former school administrator), to our lead writing coordinator, Pamela (a former librarian), to our team of writers (CFP candidates, former financial advisors, and CPAs).
It’s our goal to offer the highest level of service and value to our clients. But we also care about our team members, enjoy our work, and have fun together.
Meet our team now!
Growing up in the financial services industry, I recognized early the value financial advisors bring to their clients and their communities. My father has been a financial advisor for over 36 years and I’ve worked in his firm for large parts of my life. During high school, I answered phones and did the filing of statements and prospectuses. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, I helped him with client service and technology systems. After earning my Master’s Degree in Marketing, I became an Investment Advisor Representative and still run the marketing department of his firm today.
With over 10 years of experience as a professional Administrative Manager, I have performed a wide variety of roles in both corporate and non-profit environments. I have assisted the production of several Contemporary Art exhibits and managed the seating of 700+ guests at formal galas, one of which welcomed the Apollo 11 Astronauts as our guests of honor. I have worked with several small business owners to streamline their processes and business management. I have trained many colleagues, bosses, and friends on how to effectively manage their inboxes and calendars. I once even danced with Bill Nye the Science Guy while working aboard a ship!
Nicole is our Digital Marketing Manager, tasked with writing daily social media posts for our advisors and getting each piece of content out on time, because marketing is only effective if it’s consistent.
Nicole is a CPA and has worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and with various other prestigious finance firms. She is also an IronWoman Triathlete and marathoner, as well as a successful social media professional with over 50,000 followers of her fitness blog.
Lisa graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and has been working as a Virtual Assistant since the fall of 2011. She is passionate about meeting the needs of busy entrepreneurs and small business owners who need an executive level assistant, but not a full time employee. She enjoys all the people she gets to meet and work with virtually along the way.
She is married to a U.S. Army officer and is the mother to an almost 2-year-old little girl, Madelyne, and a yellow lab, Rudder. She currently resides with her family in Fort Bliss, Texas in the city of El Paso. When she’s not busy working or being a mom, she enjoys Netflix binging, shopping, and volunteering to support other military spouses and families.
From a young age, my father instilled in me the value of personal finance. He taught me how to budget and save as well as the importance of having a plan and relying on those with expertise to help me on my financial journey. When I entered college, I toyed with the idea of a business degree, but opted to go the research and writing route instead, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English, and a Master of Library and Information Science. I am passionate about researching and evaluating information and finding ways to pass that knowledge on to others. I love that I can merge my interest in finance with my training in research and writing.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wonderful husband and my two beautiful daughters. When I am not busy with my girls, you can usually find me engaging in some sort of exercise, sitting with my nose in a book, baking a new treat, or planning getaways and fun activities for my family.
