Job Description
The phone customer service representative is a “rover” who enjoys calling people to complete a variety of tasks, including interviews about blog posts and articles, answering questions about our services and setup, following up regarding billing and invoice issues, and reminding our clients to get back to us in a timely fashion and stay on task. The candidate must enjoy troubleshooting and be professional and unflappable on the phone.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong professional communication language skills
- Customer service experience a plus
- Daily availability required, approx. 1-3 hours
- Strong organizational skills
