Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will work directly with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with our Account Management team to provide dedicated assistance and strategic guidance on assigned clients.
- Understand client’s needs, goals, and objectives to effectively communicate with internal teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their needs and goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details in our CRM system.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client success.
- Experience in the financial sector or with financial advisors is preferred.
