Arcadia Financial Group •
Financial Planners in Manchester, NH and Andover, MA
In a Nutshell
Here's What We Built
- Put Arcadia’s “Live Like Every Day Is Saturday” philosophy at the front of every page, so the site finally sounds like the firm.
- Refreshed the homepage, About, Services, and Who We Serve pages, and added new Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, and Tax pages.
- Replaced a dated, animation-heavy design with a clean, modern layout built around the visitor’s journey.
- Solved the tension between local search and brand voice, so Manchester and Andover support rankings without the hero reading like an advertisement.
- Repositioned the firm around its planning team and family office model, with compliance-aware language across the site.
- Brought real people into the design using Northeast lifestyle and retiree imagery that reflects Arcadia’s clients and community.
- Added clear, low-pressure calls to action and an SEO and AEO foundation, including FAQs and schema, to help local retirees find Arcadia and book a discovery visit.
PROJECT SUMMARY
A Website That Finally Sounds Like Arcadia
Arcadia Financial Group is a husband-and-wife-owned firm with offices in Manchester, New Hampshire and Andover, Massachusetts. Since 2011, the team has worked as a family office for pre-retirees and retirees, bringing financial planning, tax strategy, and estate planning together for the people they serve.
What makes the firm stand out is how it talks about money. Arcadia asks a simple question: if every day could feel like your ideal Saturday, what would it look like? The team calls that exercise the Saturday Declaration, and the whole philosophy lives under a trademarked promise, Live Like Every Day Is Saturday.
The old website did not tell that story. The design felt dated and leaned on animation, the homepage opened with a generic financial-advisor headline, and the firm’s personality got lost along the way. Some of the pages retirees were looking for did not exist yet, and the copy was not built to be found in search or read comfortably on a phone.
Indigo partnered with Arcadia to refresh the site inside their existing platform. We rewrote the core pages, added the service pages they were missing, and rebuilt the experience around the Saturday philosophy and the team behind it.
PROBLEM BREAKDOWN
An Outdated Site That Did Not Sound Like Them
A distinctive brand that wasn’t coming through
The Saturday philosophy is the thing that sets Arcadia apart, and the old site buried it. The homepage led with a line about taking control of your future with a financial advisor, which could describe almost any firm. The word “advisor” did not even match how the team refers to itself.
A hero that read like an advertisement
The original headline put the location front and center, naming Manchester and Andover right at the top. It helped the firm show up in local search, but to the team it felt like an ad rather than a welcome. They wanted to stay findable without leading every visit with a sales line.
Missing pages and thin content
Retirees and pre-retirees arrived looking for guidance on retirement income, estate questions, and taxes. Those pages either did not exist or were not built to answer the questions people actually ask. There was little content to guide a visitor from curiosity to a conversation.
A design without people
The old site had very little imagery of real people, and the visuals did not reflect the Northeast or the retirees Arcadia works with day to day.
Our Solution
Rebuild Around the Saturday Philosophy and the Team Behind It
- Reworked the homepage hero so the location keywords (financial planners in Manchester, NH and Andover, MA) sit as a small eyebrow above the brand message, while the large headline invites visitors to build their ideal Saturday. Local search stays intact, and the page leads with personality.
- Rewrote the core pages in scannable, conversational copy across the homepage, About, Services, and Who We Serve, woven through with the Saturday Declaration and The Arcadia Way.
- Built new service pages for Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, and Tax, so the people Arcadia serves can find clear answers in one place.
- Repositioned the firm around its team and family office model, so visitors understand they are supported by a group of planners, not a single point of contact.
- Aligned the language with compliance, using “financial planners” rather than “advisors” and reserving certified terminology for the two CFP professionals it actually applies to.
- Chose people-first imagery with a Northeast feel: retirees, families, and lifestyle photos that look like Arcadia’s clients and the rolling hills of New Hampshire, not borrowed scenery.
- Added intentional calls to action, internal links, FAQ sections with schema, and unique title tags and meta descriptions to support both search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
HOW WE ADDED VALUE
From Generic to Unmistakably Arcadia
A homepage that leads with personality
The hero now opens with the Saturday promise instead of a generic advisor line. The location keywords still do their job for local search, tucked into an eyebrow above the headline, so the firm stays visible without sounding like a billboard.
Search visibility without the sales pitch
We applied a simple local SEO pattern, service plus location, and worked Manchester and Andover into the copy where they help rankings. The references feel natural in the flow of the page rather than forced into a headline.
A planning team people can see
The new About and homepage sections introduce the planning team and the family office model, so visitors know they are working with a group. Reviewing the early designs, the Arcadia team felt the imagery captured the people they serve.
Imagery that looks like home
We replaced the borrowed mountain scenery with Northeast lifestyle photography and retiree imagery that reflects the clients Arcadia actually works with. People connect with pictures of people, and the new visuals give the site a local, human feel.
Built to be read and found
Every section is written to be skimmed in a few seconds, on desktop or on a phone. FAQ content with schema, clear headings, and direct calls to action give visitors an easy path to book a discovery visit.
RESULTS
A Website That Finally Matches the Firm
Clarity Wealth Management now has a digital home that looks and reads like the specialist it is. Instead of blending in with every other advisory firm, the site puts the firm’s niche, its process, and its fiduciary, flat-fee model front and center.
Prospects who are searching for help with equity compensation and executive retirement in Cincinnati can now find a firm that speaks directly to them, understand how Clarity works in a few minutes of scanning, and take a clear next step. The expertise was always there. Now the website shows it.
